You must love to be around seniors, enjoy serving others with altruism, and be kind and compassionate, in keeping with the mission and values of SPIRIT Care Homes. Leadership positions will work in partnership to deliver top quality healthcare to residents.
Maximize person-centered care in our newly remodeled state of the art residential 10-bed home-like facility with activity room, hydroponic garden, beauty shop, staff locker rooms and kitchenette.
Cutting-edge technology: CarePredict , iN2L, LifeLoop and EMR software will simplify your work and make you more efficient so you can concentrate on caring for residents.
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, high level of satisfaction, continuous quality improvement and persistent growth of the organization, in keeping with the mission and values of SPIRIT Care Homes.

Qualifications
Must love to be around seniors, enjoy serving others with altruism and be kind and compassionate
Current LALD in MN (Licensed Assisted Living Director)
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, health care administration, or a related field
Minimum of two years' managerial experience in AL, memory care or long term care (preferred residential assisted living)
