Maximize person-centered care in our newly remodeled state of the art residential 10-bed home-like facility with activity room, hydroponic garden, beauty shop, staff locker rooms and kitchenette.
Cutting-edge technology: CarePredict , iN2L, LifeLoop and EMR software will simplify your work and make you more efficient so you can concentrate on caring for residents.
Director of Nursing
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the safety and health needs of residents while providing staff leadership at SPIRIT Care Homes. Plans, directs, and coordinates medical and health services for residents well-being and care.

Qualifications
Current Minnesota RN licensure in good standing with the MN Board of Nursing.
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
Minimum of two years previous managerial experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care. Prefer residential assisted living.
Case management experience is highly preferred.
Assisted living director license preferred.
