Seeking exceptional caregivers to start operations in our new residential assisted living and memory care unit opening in the West Metro Spring 2023! Owned and operated by a doctor and nurse, not a multi-layered corporation with autocratic leadership!
You must love to be around seniors, enjoy serving others with altruism, and be kind and compassionate, in keeping with the mission and values of SPIRIT Care Homes.
Maximize person-centered care in our newly remodeled state of the art residential 10-bed home with activity room, hydroponic garden, beauty shop, staff locker rooms and kitchenette.
Cutting-edge technology: CarePredict , iN2L, LifeLoop and EMR software will simplify your work and make you more efficient so you can concentrate on caring for residents.
Qualifications
Must love to be around seniors, enjoy serving others with altruism and be kind and compassionate.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and work mostly on their feet
Fluent in English – verbal and writing
Able to use electronic records for documentation, basic typing skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Vaccinations for both COVID 19 and the seasonal flu are required
Dementia care experience preferred, not required (will provide training)
Be able to pass a background check
Caregivers – Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Resident Assistants
Our caregivers are nursing assistants, home health aides, or resident assistants who work in collaboration with the Director of Nursing to uphold the mission, vision, and values of SPIRIT Care Homes to provide exceptional care to our residents.
