Qualifications
Must love to be around seniors, enjoy serving others with altruism and be kind and compassionate.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work mostly on their feet
Fluent in English – verbal and writing
Able to use electronic records for documentation, basic typing skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Dementia care experience preferred, not required (will provide training)
Be able to pass a background check
